Description
A delicious and satisfying low-carb meal featuring tender chicken cooked in rich garlic butter, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (Ghee can be used for deeper flavor)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Fresh garlic recommended)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (Smoked paprika adds an exciting flavor)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat.
- While the skillet heats, season both sides of the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the unsalted butter to the heated skillet and let it melt.
- Once melted, add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Drizzle the buttery garlic sauce from the skillet over the chicken before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
Notes
Ensure the chicken breasts are evenly cooked by pounding them to a uniform thickness before seasoning. Experiment with different herbs like thyme or rosemary for added aroma.
