Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the top is bubbly.
