Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the pan and pour in the marinara sauce and cream. Stir to combine.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook for a few minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and grated Parmesan cheese until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken before cooking. You can use zoodles for a lighter version of the dish.
