- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the pan and pour in the marinara sauce and cream. Stir to combine.
- Add chopped spinach and cook for a few minutes until softened.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti and grated Parmesan cheese until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken before cooking. You can use zoodles for a lighter version of the dish.
