Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add spinach and cooked pasta to the cream sauce, stirring to combine.

- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
