Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
