Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Butter for brushing
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it sit until bubbly.
- Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil; stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Cut the dough into strips and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
