Description

Colorful and delicious pinwheels filled with cream cheese, vegetables, and taco seasoning, perfect for parties or casual snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives.
  3. Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla, covering it completely.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
  6. Slice the logs into pinwheels once set.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
