- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each tortilla, covering it completely.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Slice the logs into pinwheels once set.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
