- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable broth over medium heat in a pot.
- Whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
- Add the grated ginger and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Best served hot. You can also add other ingredients like chopped vegetables or tofu for a heartier broth.
