Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: green onions, for garnish
  • Optional: fresh herbs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable broth over medium heat in a pot.
  2. Whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add the grated ginger and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and fresh herbs if desired.
