- 3 medium Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with butter.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
- Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in another bowl. Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate chips, if using.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For the best flavor, use very ripe bananas. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
