- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth in another bowl.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Fold in the diced peaches gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve sliced, warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For best results, ensure butter and cream cheese are softened to room temperature. Use fresh ripe peaches for the best flavor.
