Instructions
- Begin by dicing the zucchini and halving the cherry tomatoes lengthwise.
- Place both bread slices on your work surface.
- Combine the tomato sauce with the diced zucchini and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Spread the tomato-zucchini mixture evenly across both bread slices.
- Top each slice with half of the spinach.
- Dollop and gently spread half of the cottage cheese over the spinach on each slice.

- Cook the assembled toast slices in the air fryer for 8 minutes.
