Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of a banana split with creamy cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until well coated.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight.
  9. Remove from the springform pan and arrange sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts on top.
  10. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add whipped cream for garnish.
