- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- ½ cup crushed pineapple
- ½ cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until well coated.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or overnight.
- Remove from the springform pan and arrange sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and chopped nuts on top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add whipped cream for garnish.
