- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
- Cream the cream cheese in a bowl, adding powdered sugar and vanilla and mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
