- 1 package graham crackers
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the powdered sugar and peanut butter, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk in another bowl until it thickens, then set aside.
- Lay down a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the chocolate pudding over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over the chocolate pudding.
- Top with one last layer of graham crackers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Cut into squares and serve with extra whipped topping and chocolate chips on top, if desired.
Notes
For added crunch, chopped peanuts or cookie crumbles can be added between layers. Refrigerating for 4 hours is essential for the best texture.
