Description

Quick and delicious no bake strawberry cheesecake dessert cups with layers of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream or cool whip
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Additional strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in another bowl until combined.
  5. Layer the crust mixture in the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Add a layer of the cheesecake filling on top of the crust.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  8. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  9. Top with additional strawberries.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Serve chilled for the best flavor. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
