- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½–1 cup water (as needed)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Combine the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried basil in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water in another bowl. Gradually add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
- Pre-bake the crust for about 8 minutes until slightly firm.
- Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Top with mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
