Description

A fast and simple gluten-free pizza recipe that requires no yeast, perfect for pizza lovers avoiding gluten.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½1 cup water (as needed)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried basil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the egg, olive oil, and water in another bowl. Gradually add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a circle about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Pre-bake the crust for about 8 minutes until slightly firm.
  6. Remove from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Top with mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
