- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Mix the mashed bananas with melted butter in a large bowl.
- Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture and stir well.
- Incorporate sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring until just incorporated.
- Fold in the Nutella, creating swirls in the batter.
- Fill the muffin liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Best served warm, optionally with extra Nutella on top.
