Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the steak bites, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lower the heat slightly and pour in the heavy cream, stirring everything together.
- Add the cooked pasta and cheese to the skillet, mixing until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the skillet when cooking the steak. Let cooked steak rest before adding cream.
