Description

This comforting dish features tender steak bites and cheesy noodles cooked in garlic butter—perfect for busy weeknights or special date nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Toss in the steak bites, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat slightly and pour in the heavy cream, stirring everything together.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and cheese to the skillet, mixing until well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the skillet when cooking the steak. Let cooked steak rest before adding cream.
