Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (macaroni or rotini)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the pasta, beef broth, milk, and ranch seasoning to the pot. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
