Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Orange slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to create the orange sauce.
  3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and pour the orange sauce over it, ensuring it is well-coated.
  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, basting with the sauce every 20 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Carve the chicken and serve garnished with fresh orange slices.
