- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and 1 egg in a bowl. Stir until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold the crushed Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
