Description

Oven-baked salmon is a simple yet sophisticated dish that delivers tender, flavorful fish with a hint of lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place lemon slices on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Arrange salmon fillets on top of the lemon slices.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

For an extra crispy skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
