Tender beef ribs baked slowly with flavorful BBQ sauce for a perfect comfort food dish.
Ingredients

- 2–3 pounds of beef ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.
- Rub the mixture generously over the beef ribs.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up.
- Cover the baking sheet with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours.
- Remove the top layer of foil, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes for caramelization.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in BBQ sauce overnight before cooking. Adjust cooking times for firmer ribs or different types of meat.
