Description

Delightful feta cheese rolls wrapped in crispy phyllo with a sweet and spicy chili honey drizzle, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Phyllo pastry sheets
  • Olive oil
  • Chili flakes
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the phyllo pastry into squares.
  3. Place a piece of feta cheese in the center of each square, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold the pastry over the feta and brush with olive oil.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
  6. Combine honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through for the chili honey drizzle.
  7. Drizzle the chili honey over the baked feta rolls before serving.

Notes
