Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the phyllo pastry into squares.
- Place a piece of feta cheese in the center of each square, season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the pastry over the feta and brush with olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
- Combine honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through for the chili honey drizzle.
