Description

Delicious, tender pork ribs coated with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Pork ribs
  • BBQ sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  4. Brush a layer of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  5. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 150 to 180 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and baste the ribs with more BBQ sauce.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and glazed.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the ribs with spices and BBQ sauce the night before. Add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
