Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Brush a layer of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 150 to 180 minutes.
- Remove the foil and baste the ribs with more BBQ sauce.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and glazed.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the ribs with spices and BBQ sauce the night before. Add cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
