- Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Cut the bread into cubes and place them evenly in the dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Pour this mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring that all cubes are soaked.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the plastic wrap and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with maple syrup and powdered sugar if desired.
