Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Optional: vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the banana slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar over the bananas, stirring gently to coat.
  5. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the bananas caramelize slightly.
