Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Cook the seasoned cod in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Add the butter and lemon juice in the last minute of cooking.
