Description

Delicious pork chops cooked in a sweet honey garlic sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Pork chops
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil for cooking
  • Rice or roasted vegetables (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops once cooked.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
  7. Serve warm with rice or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Allow pork chops to rest for a few minutes after cooking for juiciness. Fresh garlic enhances flavor.
