Deliciously nostalgic Peanut Butter Blossom Bars topped with chocolate kisses, easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Press chocolate kisses into the surface of the bars. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a variation, try using natural or crunchy peanut butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for 2-3 months.
