Description

A warm, gooey dessert that combines chocolate cake with creamy peanut butter and topped with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for an indulgent treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, creamy peanut butter, milk, and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the top of the batter.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Cool the cake for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
