Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans gently.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
