Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  5. Pour in the jar of pepperoncini (including the brine) and bring to a simmer.
