Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and set them out for easy access.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Assemble the quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, layer pepperoni, season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then fold the tortilla.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat the process for remaining tortillas.
  7. Slice cooked quesadillas into wedges.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
