- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and set them out for easy access.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble the quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, layer pepperoni, season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then fold the tortilla.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Repeat the process for remaining tortillas.
- Slice cooked quesadillas into wedges.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use enough cheese to hold the quesadilla together but don’t overfill to avoid spillage. Customize with different cheeses or vegetables.
