Description
Pepperoni Pizzadillas combine the classic flavors of pizza with the convenience of quesadillas, making them a quick and easy lunch that kids love.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on the tortilla.
- Add a layer of pepperoni slices.
- Drizzle some pizza sauce over the pepperoni.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and cover with another tortilla.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the other side is golden.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Great for lunch or a snack.
