Description

A fun twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, these egg rolls are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
  2. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Take the mixture off the heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, place a spoonful of the mixture in the center, and wrap according to package instructions.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
