Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons pink velvet cake mix
  • Graham cracker crumbs for coating
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Add the pink velvet cake mix and mix until fully incorporated. If desired, add pink food coloring to enhance the color.
