Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Add the pink velvet cake mix and mix until fully incorporated. If desired, add pink food coloring to enhance the color.
- Scoop the mixture and form small balls, then roll them in graham cracker crumbs.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Decorate with sprinkles before serving (optional).
