- 4 duck legs
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh pomegranate seeds and orange slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the duck legs in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over the top.
- Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes, basting every 20 minutes, until the duck is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and orange slices before serving.
Notes
Baste regularly to keep the duck moist. For extra crispy skin, increase oven heat to 400°F (200°C) during the last 15 minutes.
