Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture.
