- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Brown the pork chops on both sides in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, sliced mushrooms, and chopped onions in a large baking dish.
- Add the uncooked rice and chicken broth to the mixture.
- Layer the browned pork chops on top of the mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
