Description

A comforting and quick meal combining crispy potstickers and hearty noodles with fresh vegetables and savory sauces.


Ingredients

  • Potstickers
  • Noodles (preferably soba or udon)
  • Fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions
  • Ginger (optional)
  • Garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the potstickers according to package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
  2. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the chopped fresh vegetables in sesame oil over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine the cooked noodles and soy sauce in the skillet, tossing until well-coated.
  5. Arrange the crispy potstickers on top of the noodles.
  6. Add minced ginger and garlic, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
