Ingredients
- Potstickers
- Noodles (preferably soba or udon)
- Fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Green onions
- Ginger (optional)
- Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the potstickers according to package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
- Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped fresh vegetables in sesame oil over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles and soy sauce in the skillet, tossing until well-coated.
- Arrange the crispy potstickers on top of the noodles.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
