- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder.
- Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water or almond milk.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
- Once mixed, enjoy the cookie dough straight from the bowl or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
Notes
Store any leftover Protein Cookie Dough in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week. For longer storage, freeze in portions.
