Description

A fun and healthy treat packed with protein, perfect for after workouts or as a mid-day snack. Easy to prepare with no baking required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder.
  2. Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water or almond milk.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Once mixed, enjoy the cookie dough straight from the bowl or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
