Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and knead until a soft dough forms.
- Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Divide the risen dough into small balls.
- Roll each ball into flat circles with a rolling pin.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Brush with the melted butter and garlic mixture while cooking.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
