Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground almonds (almond flour)

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add in the flour, ground almonds, and salt, stirring until the dough comes together.
  5. Take small amounts of dough, flatten them in your palm, and place a teaspoon of raspberry jam in the center.
