Description

Authentic Italian pasta dish that brings comfort and joy with its rich flavors.


Ingredients

  • Pasta (fettuccine, spaghetti, lasagna sheets, tortellini)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • Heavy cream (for Alfredo sauce)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pancetta or bacon (for carbonara)
  • Ground beef or pork (for bolognese)
  • Italian herbs (basil, oregano)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the chosen pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add cream, and mix with pasta and Parmesan for fettuccine Alfredo.
  3. Cook pancetta, mix with beaten eggs, and combine with hot spaghetti for Carbonara.
  4. Cook onions and garlic, add meat, tomatoes, and simmer for Bolognese.
  5. Layer cooked noodles with meat sauce and cheese for lasagna, then bake until bubbly.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

Salt your water when boiling pasta. Cook pasta al dente, as it will continue to cook when mixed with sauce. Use good quality olive oil for better taste.
