Description

Delicious cheesecake bars featuring cream cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the mixture over the crust.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

For stronger peanut butter flavor, use natural peanut butter. Drizzle extra melted chocolate on top before serving for presentation.
