- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the mixture over the crust.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
For stronger peanut butter flavor, use natural peanut butter. Drizzle extra melted chocolate on top before serving for presentation.
