Description

A colorful and delicious pasta salad, perfect for summer gatherings with a creamy dressing and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (tri-color fusilli or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry or strawberry vinaigrette
  • 1 cup Fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • Optional add-ins (e.g., diced ham, shredded cheese)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and raspberry vinaigrette in a large bowl to create the dressing.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Stir in the chopped vegetables and optional add-ins.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavors to blend.
