- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 4 tbsp creamy dressing (such as Thousand Island)
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 tbsp butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and creamy dressing.
- Top with another slice of rye bread, buttered side up.
- Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with pickles or fries.
