Description
A refreshing and light sorbet made from tart rhubarb, perfect for summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine rhubarb, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and stir in lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 4 hours, or until solid.
- Scoop and enjoy your refreshing sorbet!
Notes
For best results, use fresh rhubarb and adjust sugar based on taste. Garnish with fresh mint or serve with cookies.
