- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1–2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time.
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda in another bowl.
- Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the rolled oats, Rice Krispies, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
