Description

A quick and healthy salmon salad rich in omega-3 fatty acids, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained salmon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chopped celery and red onion, then mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
